Natural Shiva Eye Shell Necklace - Natural Designer Gemstone

This amazing and unique stone is Shiva Eye Shell. With its distinctive swirling burst of greens and reds which is solely created by mother earth.    

Set into a Sterling Silver mount, the simple oval shape of the pendant means it will compliment any outfit. Showcasing the more colour side of the shell, the underneath hides the famous 'third eye' or more commonly known as the 'Pacific Cat's Eye'. 

Shiva Shell is found in the seabed of Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia. The Shiva Eye Shell itself comes from a specific type of snail known as Turbinidae and when preyed upon, it withdraws into the shell and turns the ‘eye’ toward the predator in hope of warding it off.

Shiva Shell gets its name from the Hindu God Shiva, the Lord who dances reality into existence. This shell is supposedly connected to the God’s third eye. Some believe this shell has the power to ward off the Evil Eye.
