Our Jewellery

What are the products made from?

All of our jewellery is handcrafted in sterling silver hallmarked 925 with 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloys for enhanced durability and a lasting, brilliant shine.

Our Gold Plated Jewellery features a sterling silver base coated with 1-2.5 microns of 24ct gold. It's more durable than solid gold, offering a great option for those who love gold jewellery without the high price.

Are the products waterproof

We would recommend not to wear our jewellery whilst bathing, showering or swimming as this can dull the silver and damage the semi precious & natural gemstones.

How should I care for my product
  • Periodically examine your jewellery to ensure that the stones are secure in their settings and there are no signs of excessive wear.
  • Apply a soft polishing cloth if you notice that the silver is dull. See our Silver Polishing Cloth
  • Whilst cleaning solutions for silver jewellery are great, be mindful when using as many of our natural gemstone pieces with amber & pearls can be damaged by the harsh chemicals.
  • We recommend our: Dazzle Drops Advanced Cleaner for Silver.
  • If your jewellery is very tarnished or has loose gemstones, do get in touch with us as we offer a lifetime repair & replacement service.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3.99

Aims to deliver in 1-3 business days.

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped that day. Ordered placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays will be shipped the following working day.

When your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or text. 

Delivery: 9am - 5pm.

Deliveries to the Outer Hebrides, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may be subject to a longer delivery time frame. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Please note: Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays.

Express Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.50

Express 1-2 working days. 

Next Day Delivery by the END OF THE DAY. 

When your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or text. 

Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday will arrive in 2 working days. 

Next Day delivery applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or any time at the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

All orders are shipped from the UK. International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis regardless of the weight of your parcel.

There will be trackable will be required upon delivery.

What are your Delivery Terms & Conditions

Orders placed on a bank holiday weekend may be subject to delays due Royal Mail service not operating. There will be no collections or deliveries on Saturdays, Sunday or Good Friday, Easter Monday & Bank Holiday Monday. All orders placed after 1pm on the Friday will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

We cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.  

How do I return my order?

At Henryka, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely delighted with your item, you’re welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, simply ensure it is in an unworn condition and accompanied by your shipping note. 

Items not eligible for return

To keep our quality and hygiene standards high, the following items are non-returnable:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift vouchers (physical or e-vouchers)

We aim to process all returns within 7–14 working days of receiving your parcel.
