If you are not happy with any items in your purchase you can return them until 31st January 2023 for a refund or exchange. This only applies for order that were placed after Monday 31st October 2022. If you are not happy with any items in your purchase you can return them within 30 days of the date you received them for a refund.
Pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
The customer must cover the cost of the postage. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or faulty, Henryka will refund your return postage costs.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase
To return an item(s) please complete the returns form enclosed in your parcel with the correct reason code.
All items must be returned in their original condition which includes any packaging.
Returns by Post
VIA ROYAL MAIL ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT ORDERS@HENRYKA.CO.UK IF YOU WISH TO SEND BY ANOTHER SERVICE.
Please allow 7 days for your parcel to reach us and a further 3-4 days for your card to be refunded. We recommend that you choose 'Recorded Signed For' if you return goods.
Keep and include the original packaging with your return.
Return all parcels with the despatch note.

We will assess the items and the credit/debit card used to place the order online will be refunded.
