Returns Policy

If you are not happy with any items in your purchase you can return them within 30 days of the date you received them for a refund.

Pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

The customer must cover the cost of the postage. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or faulty, Henryka will refund your return postage costs.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase

To return an item(s) please complete the returns form enclosed in your parcel with the correct reason code.
All items must be returned in their original condition which includes any packaging.

Returns by Post

Please allow 7 days for your parcel to reach us and a further 3-4 days for your card to be refunded. We recommend that you choose 'Recorded Signed For' if you return goods.

  •  Keep and include the original packaging with your return.

  •  Return all parcels with the despatch note.

  •  Please note that pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  •  We will assess the items and the credit/debit card used to place the order online will be refunded.

Returns to Shop

You can return an item to the shop in Hereford (HR4 9EW) if you live in the local area.

  •  Place the items into their original boxes.

  •  Please note that pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  •  Please take with you your despatch note and the card you used for payment.

  •  If you received the item as a gift, you will be reimbursed with a gift voucher credited with the cost of the item.
