Christmas returns policy
Our returns policy has been extended for the Christmas period and we are happy to accept returns for refunds (excluding pierced jewellery) until 28th January 2012.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any items in your purchase you can return them free within 30 days of the date you received them for a refund.*
Pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
All items must be returned in their original condition which includes any packaging.
Returns by Post
UK customers can return items to us free of charge - please allow 7 days for your parcel to reach us and a further 3-4 days for your card to be refunded. We recommend that you ask the Post Office for a proof of postage certificate.
You need to:
Complete our online returns form.
We will send you a pre-paid returns label to attach to your parcel.
Place the items in their original boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. Please include a copy of the despatch note you received with your order.
Please note that pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
We will assess the items and the credit/debit card used to place the order online will be refunded.
Returns to Shop
You can return an item to the shop in Hereford (HR4 9EW) if you live in the local area.
Place the items into their original boxes.

Please take with you your despatch note and the card you used for payment.
If you received the item as a gift, you will be reimbursed with a gift voucher credited with the cost of the item.
International Returns
International customers will not be sent a pre-paid label and you will need to return any unwanted items at your own cost. Henryka cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit and so we recommend you send returns via a service that requires a signature upon receipt.
