FAQ's

How do I place an order?
1. If you are a new customer, create an account using the Register link. Make a note of your password as you will need it to shop with us again.
2. If you are a returning customer, log into your account using your email address and password.
3. Search for a product using the catalogue down the left hand side. If you know exactly what you are looking for, just type the product code or description into our Search box (top left of website).
4. When you have found an item you want to buy, select a colour, size, the quantity you want and click 'add to cart'.
5. You can then either continue shopping a review the items in your cart by clicking on the View Basket link (top right of website).
6. Click 'Go To Checkout'. Here you will able to check your details, choose your delivery method and have a final check of your order before you click 'Confirm and Pay.
7. You will be taken to Sage Pay's secure payment page to enter your details.
8. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm we have received your order.

Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
Items do not have to be despatched to your home address. However, to help prevent fraud your invoice will be sent to the address of the card holder.

Are receipts sent with purchases?
Your order with contain a despatch note and this will be your proof of purchase. Please refer to this in the event of a return.

Can I return a product I have purchased from your website?
Items can be returned to Henryka.co.uk within 30 days of the date you recieved them. We cannot accept returns of earrings due to hygeine reasons. Please visit our Returns Information page to fill out a returns form.
Alternatively, local customers may return purchases to our Hereford shop. Items must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the despatch note.

How do I know my details are secure when shopping online?
All transaction information passed between our site and Sage Pay's systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed uncrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
